Great afternoon spent with recently tenured Georgia Tech colleagues at Chateau Elan. The Thriving as Scholars and Leaders program included College of Engineering Dean Steve McLaughlin, Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship Director Terry Blum, and Vice-Provost Bonnie Ferri. My topic focused on the role of "contingency" and "opportunity". As so often, I was blown away by the diversity of expertise and perspective offered the members of this group.
